• Car Rental rate promotion is subject to availabily upon arrival. Taxes and basic insurance is included.

Reservation & Cancelation Policies

Cancelation Policies

Cancellations must be made 4 days prior to arrival, otherwise following Penalty will apply: 2 nights Penalty  + taxes.

• You must to contact to the hotel in order to cancel your reservation and request your deposit refund (in case that a refund apply).
• No-shows & Early Check out are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation.
