Terms and conditions:
- Rates valid for individual bookings only. Not applicable to groups or special events.
- The description of the deal on this page is available making your reservation online only. Apply to new bookings.
- Hotel Casa del Mar, Cozumel reserves the right to modify or terminate Last WInter Push Promotion and its terms and conditions of this Guarantee at any time and without prior notice.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES: (Apply for all bookings made through our web site): The following mandatory charges not included in the rate, will be collected by the hotel at the moment of your booking
- Environmental Sanitation Tax (Eco-tax): $ 4.50USD per room, per night
- Resot Fee $5.00 USD per room, per night.
For the period of December 23/25 to January 04st/26 and from February 11th to 17th/26 , cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival otherwise the deposit made until the moment of your cancellation will not be refundable.
For any other period, cancellations must be made 3 days prior to arrival, otherwise following Penalty will apply: 2 nights Penalty.
Non refundable rates available- restrictions apply.
- You must to contact to the hotel in order to cancel your reservation and request your deposit refund (in case that a refund apply).
- No-shows & Early Check out are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation.
