RESERVATIONS POLICIES

Booking online: Full payment will be charged in order to guarantee your booking.

Booking by phone: Hotel requires a minimum of 2 nights deposit. (Tel (52) 01 987 872 1900 Ext 527).

CANCELLATIONS POLICIES FOR PACKAGE:  IRONMAN 70.3 COZUMEL 2024

  • Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival otherwise  the following penalty will apply: 2 Nights +  taxes. You must to contact to the hotel in order to cancell your reservation and request your deposit refund.
  • No-shows  & Early Check out are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation.

ADDIONAL CHARGES:  (Apply for all bookings made through our web site): The following mandatory charges not included in the rate, will be collected by the hotel at the moment of booking (or collected at check in for bookings made by phone):
